with the first to-do completed!,i can now start on my second and my second one is in a long run.it takes a LONGER time then the rest of the to-do's to finish altogether!
what is it? haha LOSING WEIGHT! ;D
well,how do i do it?
7a.m i go out for a morning jog! with the air so fresh and the sun so dim it's just the wonderful time of the day to go for a jog!
my eating habits have been improvised as well! haha!
for breakfast,i only take oat cereal with low fat milk!
for lunch, no rice,a lil' more vegetable than my usual and medium meat!
after lunch i'll do sit-ups for 100 times!increasing by weeks!
for tea, an apple/pear/papaya or any of my fav fruits plus a cup of coffee with less sugar and less milk!
after that is my cycling time!i have to thank a hot guy around my neighborhood for being my center of attraction to pull me out of the house and cycle!
for dinner, nothing but MILK!
before sleeping,i'll again do sit -ups 50 times!increasing by weeks!
then it's goodnight time! HAHA:D
it's torturing thou...especially for people like me who LIVE TO EAT instead of EAT TO LIVE!
LOL!
but,i am gonna stick by this schedule like ELEPHANT GLUE has been placed between us!
cause,i know that the benefits i gain from this will be worth the torture in the end!:)
